We brought Holly in for what we thought was a single project — updating a national Employee Handbook that was over a decade old and hadn't kept up with our acquisitions. It turned into a year-long partnership. Holly didn't just rewrite the Handbook for employees across 31 states — she overhauled our underlying policies on Paid Leave, Workplace Violence, Leaves and Absences, all of it, navigating overlapping state requirements that our internal team didn't have the bandwidth to untangle.
